Check instances. I reached a very high number before the save patch and was having stone pieces and a specific sconce break apart. After the patch, it all cleared up and I've had no problems since.

Yeah, I bet. Another option, based on what you have said and the thread I found, build with wood. Not great but it does seem to only be affecting stone so far.Edit: Although, I forgot about the chests..
