Thistles should be farmable
I think that thistles should be farmable in the black forest biome IMO. they are too tedious to try and find all of the time to make sausages and pots. It would be interesting to have them be plantable and harvestable. if you think it's too OP maybe make a silver tier hoe that can plant more rare plants so that way when you're in late game you can have it a little bit easier.

I agree all the harvestable plants should be plantable. Maybe restrict them to their biomes or you have to meet certain conditions to plant them. For example thistle, since it grows in the Dark Forest has to be planted under the shade of trees or something.

Like berries, they spawn in the exact same location every time, so you can mark locations on the map and do quick runs.
