iks there a good building guide?
I want to know if you have a very good building guide on the net, I found only common informations about the structural integrity system but I want to know more, some tips / tricks etc.
I followed a youtube video for a medium house (was uploaded in Feb 2021) but I think is outdated because something has been changed for the structural integrity system.
Thanks

Small one I use. If you have a high ceiling, use the angled beams as a ribbing system. I use the crossed pieces for a keystone (capstone) though I don't think that has any value other than it give another attach point to the roof touching it. The capstone will be yellow (or maybe red if you got a really wide roof) but the roof pieces will be a color grade lower.

There are a lot of mods around that make everything different. The base game isn't amazingly user friendly with construction and takes a bit to learn. Maybe you saw someone that had mods?
Probably the biggest tip I can give to place blocks and wooden bits easily is to create more 'snap' points by placing other blocks and bits nearby and then deleting those bits once you have placed the piece that is currently giving you trouble. The game system requires you to be able to see the point you wish to snap to and points that are low down are really fiddly to get onto.

Explore around and find abandoned villages also give great structure tips.

You are building next to the ocean - wont you get flooded (temporarily) when a storm hits? Those are some nice designs though The best is here in our discussions.
