A lot of the 9th gen CPUs run hotter than their stock heat sinks can support. If you are using the CPU fan that came with the chip (or what was in the PC when you bought it), you should consider replacing it with either a water cooler or a higher-end fan like a Noctua NH-D15. Both are pretty easy to install if you are comfortable with opening your case and can follow basic directions.

Airflow through the case is also critical to keeping things cool. Cold air through the front and bottom fans, hot air out the top and back. If you don't have fans on the four ends but your case supports it, they are very easy to install and inexpensive.

Combined, these will help to knock 10-20*C off of your running temps.
