The chips are fragile. Do NOT run it to 200 degrees and then spray it with ICE COLD canned air. Turn it off. Let it cool -- for a good while -- then blow the air out. Or use a warm air blower, like a vac hooked up backwards (most support some sort of blower function and its warm because its designed to use the incoming air to cool the motor there too, in nommal mode, so the air after blowing is the exhaust port).
the computer should turn itself off long before any heat damage hits. Set it up this way, if it is not, should be a bios option. If it turns off repeatedly, find the issue (many ideas above) and fix it.
